How long will it take for my order to ship?
We try to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 5-10 business days. However, if your item is out of stock or backordered, it could take 3-4 weeks to ship all items on your order. We will always ship the items that are available right away, and ship the rest as they become available.
Why don't you have faster shipping methods available?
Unfortunately, at this time, we can't ship orders any quicker than Standard Shipping.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Do you have a catalog?
We do not have a catalog. At this time, our items are only available for purchase through our website.
Why do I have multiple charges from you on my credit card?
We only bill your credit card when your item(s) are ready to ship. If only some of your items are available for shipping, we will only charge your card for those items. And we will charge it again when the rest of your order is ready for shipping.
